The respective decree has been posted on president's website on Monday. Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatseniuk and Head of the Presidential Administration Borys Lozhkin were appointed as co-chairmen of the organizing committee. Poroshenko ordered them to approve and implement the plan of events to mark the Day of Dignity and Freedom in Kyiv and other areas on November 21.
