Kyiv says militants redeploy armaments to contact line at night

"We have information that the illegal armed units possess weapons they were expected to pull back [from the contact line]. They are constantly demonstrating withdrawals, pullback [of weapons] and inviting OSCE SMM representatives in the daytime and redeploying weapons to the positions at night. As to the militants' [possession] of a column of tanks, we have such information but it would be premature to speak about an offensive of militants," he said at a press briefing in Kyiv on Tuesday. "We are monitoring the situation and we are ready to react to provocations staged by the militants," Motuzianyk said.
